I have experience working with individuals and couples. I have worked in an agency setting and private practice setting which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. I strive to continue to learn to ensure that my clients are given the best therapy that I can provide in the Towson, Baltimore area or virtually.

My clinical interests are trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth, life transitions, stress, women’s issues, relationship and marital concerns (couples therapy).
